The premier made the remark on the occasion of the First Extraordinary Session of the General Assembly of the Organization of Educational Cooperation.
The Prime Minister shared efforts on Education being made by Ethiopia in ensuring inclusivity.
โBy investing in education, we equip our youth with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate an ever-changing world,โ the Premier noted.
He said: โIn Ethiopiaโs efforts towards cultivating inclusivity in education provision, we are undertaking activities to ensure that the gender gap is closed and that students with special needs are considered.โ
โAdditionally, expanding facilities and educational services for pastoral and semi-pastoral areas; providing access to non-formal education and training programs for adults as well as ensuring tertiary education is conducive for persons with disabilities are some of our key deliverables,โ the Prime Minister added.
