የሚኒስትሮች ምክር ቤት ዛሬ ባካሄደው 38ኛ መደበኛ ስብሰባው የተለያዩ ውሳኔዎችን አሳልፏል፡፡
38ኛ መደበኛ የሚኒስትሮች ምክር ቤት ስብሰባ ውሳኔዎች
የሚኒስትሮች ምክር ቤት በዛሬው ዕለት ባካሄደው 38ኛ መደበኛ ስብሰባው ዓለም ዐቀፍ የልማት ማህበር ጋር የተደረገውን የፋይናንስ ድጋፍ ስምምነት ለማፅደቅ በተዘጋጀው አዋጅ ላይ ተወያይቶ ውሳኔ አሳለፈ፡፡
ከዓለም ዐቀፍ የልማት ማህበር ጋር የተደረገው የፋይናንስ ድጋፍ ስምምነት የ1.5 ቢሊዮን የአሜሪካ ዶላር የሚያስገኝ ሲሆን ከዚህ ውስጥ 1 ቢሊዮን የአሜሪካ ዶላር በእርዳታ፣ 500 ሚሊዮን የአሜሪካ ዶላር ደግሞ በብድር መልክ የተገኘ ነው፡፡
የፋይናንስ ድጋፉ የኢትዮጵያ መንግሥት የማክሮ ኢኮኖሚውን ለማረጋጋት የጀመራቸውን የሪፎርም ሥራዎች ለማስፈጸም በተለይም ለሥራ ፈጠራ፣ የዋጋ ግሽበትን ለመቆጣጠር፣ የውጭ ምንዛሪ እጥረትን ለመቅረፍ፣ የመዋቅር ማስተካከያ ለማድረግ እንዲሁም የፌደራል መንግሥት የ2017 ዓ.ም በጀትን በቀጥታ ለመደገፍ የሚውል ነው፡፡
የሚኒስትሮች ምክር ቤት በሰነዱ ላይ ከተወያየ በኋላ ብድሩ ከወለድ ነፃ ፣ የ6 ዓመት የችሮታ ጊዜን ጨምሮ በ38 ዓመታት ውስጥ ተከፍሎ የሚጠናቀቅ እንዲሁም ከአገራችን የብድር አስተዳደር ስትራቴጂ ጋር የሚጣጣም መሆኑን በማረጋገጥ ስምምነቱን አጽድቆ ለህዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት እንዲተላለፍ በሙሉ ድምጽ ወስኗል፡፡
