ወደ አገር እንዳይገቡ በሕግ ክልከላ ከተደረገባቸው ዕቃዎች፤ የነዳጅ አውቶሞቢሎች እና ከፀጥታና ከደህንነት ዕቃዎች ውጭ ሌሎች ዕቃዎች ያለውጭ ምንዛሬ ክፍያ ወደ አገር እንዲገቡ መፈቀዱን የገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር አስታወቀ።
መንግሥት በቅርቡ ተግባራዊ ባደረገው የተሟላ የኢኮኖሚ ማሻሻያ የውጭ ምንዛሬ በገበያው አማካኝነት እንዲወሰን ማድረጉ እና ይኸው በኢትዮጵያ ብሔራዊ ባንክ ተግባራዊ መደረጉ ይታወቃል፡፡
ያለ ውጭ ምንዛሬ ክፍያ (በፍራንኮ ቫሉታ) ዕቃዎችን ወደ ሀገር ውስጥ ማስገባትን በተመለከተ ለጉምሩክ ኮሚሽንና ሌሎች የሚመለከታቸው አካላት በተላለፈ ሰርኩላር አሳውቋል።
ውሳኔው በቅርቡ ተግባራዊ የተደረገውን የማክሮ ኢኮኖሚ ማሻሻያ የገቢ ንግዱን ይበልጥ እንዲያሳልጥ እንደሚያደርገው ከሚኒስቴር መስሪያ ቤቱ የተገኘ መረጃ ያመለክታል።
