ከዚህ ቀደም በንግድና ቀጣናዊ ትስስር ሚኒስቴር በኩል ይደረግ የነበረዉ የሲሚንቶ ግብይት ትስስር ሥራ ከዛሬ ጥቅምት 29 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ እንዲቀር መደረጉን ሚኒስትሩ ዶ/ር ካሳሁን ጎፌ አስታወቁ።
አምራቾች በራሳቸዉ ኃላፊነት በሚመርጧቸዉ አከፋፋዮችና ቸርቻሪዎች በኩል ለተጠቃሚዎች በተመጣጣኝ ዋጋ ማቅረብ ይችላለሁ የሚል ውሳኔ መተላለፉን ሚኒስትሩ ገልጸዋል።
የንግድና ቀጣናዊ ትስስር ሚኒስትር ዶ/ር ካሳሁን ጎፌ ይህንን የመንግስት ውሳኔ ያስታወቁት የሲሚንቶ ምርት አቅርቦትና ፍላጎት ለማጣጣም እንዲቻል ከሲሚንቶ አምራቾች ጋር ዛሬ ጥቅምት 29 ቀን ባካሄዱት ውይይት ወቅት ነው።
የግብይት ሥርዓቱም ሙሉ በሙሉ ከካሽ ክፍያ ነጻ ሆኖ በዲጂታል ክፍያ ሥርዓት እንዲፈጸም አቅጣጫ መቀመጡንም አመላክተዋል።
አምራቾችም የሥራቸዉን የአፈጻጸም ሪፖርት ለሚኒስቴር መስሪያ ቤቱ እንዲያቀርቡ እንደሚገደዱ አና በማያቀርቡ በማናቸዉም የሲሚንቶ አምራች ላይ ግን መንግሥት የማያዳግም እርምጃ እንደሚወስድ ማሳሰቢያ መሰጠቱን ከሚኒስቴሩ ያገኘነው መረጃ ያሳያል።
አመታዊው የስሚንቶ አቅርቦቱ ከ7 ሚሊዮን ቶን አለመዝለሉን ያስታወቁት ሚኒስትሩ አምራቾች በአቅርቦት በኩል ያለዉን ማነቆ ለመፍታት የማምረት አቅማቸዉን ወደ 80 በመቶ በማድረስ 20 ሚሊዮን ቶን ሀገራዊ የሲሚንቶ ምርት ዓመታዊ ፍላጎትን ለማሟላት በትኩረት እንዲሰሩ በአጽንኦት ማሳሰባቸውንም የሚኒስቴሩ መረጃ አካቷል።
