የፌዴራል የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ፍርድ ቤት አራዳ ምድብ ችሎት በፍቅረኛው ወጣት ሞዴል ቀነኒ አዱኛ ህልፈት ተጠርጥሮ በምርመራ ሂደት ላይ የሚገኘው የአርቲስት አንዱዓለም ጎሳ ጉዳይ በታየበት ችሎት ነው ፍርድ ቤቱ መገናኛ ብዙሃን ችሎቱን እንዳይታደሙ ያገደው፡፡
በዛሬው ችሎት ፖሊስ የመገናኛ ብዙሃን በተለያዩ ጊዜያት “ የችሎቱን ውሎ በተደጋጋሚ አዛብተው ዘግበውታል ” በሚል የምርመራ ሂደቱ ላይ እክል በመፍጠራቸው በችሎቱ እንዳይታደሙ ጠይቋል፡፡
በጉዳዩ ላይ አስተያየት እንዲሰጡ በችሎቱ የተጠየቁት የተከሳሽ ጠበቃ በፊናቸው ፖሊስ ያቀረበውን አቤቱታ እንደሚደግፉ ገልጸዋል፡፡
ችሎቱም ግራ ቀኙን ካደመጠ በኋላ ” መገናኛ ብዙሃን ካሁን በፊት አንድ ጊዜ ተከሳሽ ለፋሲካ በዓል ወጥቶ ኮንሰርት ለማዘጋጀት ጠይቋል፤ ሌላ ጊዜ ደግሞ የሟች የግል ማህደር (ዳይሪ) በተከሳሽ ጠበቃ እጅ ነው የሚገኘው የሚሉ የተዛቡና ሀሰተኛ ዘገባዎች ማቅረባቸው በችሎቱና በምርመራ ሂደቱ ላይ እክል እንደሚፈጥር በመታመኑ የመገናኛ ብዙሃን ባለሙያዎች (ጋዜጠኞች) ችሎቱን እንዳይታደሙ ” በሚል ብይን ሰጥቷል። በችሎት የታደሙትን ጋዜጠኞችን በዳኛ ትዕዛዝ እንዲወጡ ተደርገዋል።
መጋቢት 01 ቀን ሌሊት ለመጋቢት 02 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም. አጥቢያ የመኖሪያ ቤቷ ከሚገኝበት ህንጻ ወድቃ ህይወቷ ማለፉ በተሰማው በወጣት ቀነኒ አዱኛ ህልፈት በፖሊስ የተጠረጠረው ፍቅረኛዋ ድምጻሚ አንዱዓለም ጎሳ በቁጥጥር ስር ውሎ ምርመራ እየተጣራበት ይገኛል። የመረጃው ባለቤት ዶቼ ቨለ ሬድዮ ጣቢያ ነው።
